We’ll partner with you to provide alternative funding options for your clients, and you’ll earn a referral fee.  We don’t offer owner-occupied mortgage loans, so there’s no potential conflict with conventional mortgage lenders. We will always honor and protect you and your client.

In a nutshell, we’ll be looking at:

• Real equity in non-owner occupied residential or commercial properties
• Amount borrower expects to borrow and LTV
• Ability of the borrower to service the loan
• Borrower’s exit strategy (how they’ll repay the note)

We can generally give you and your client a verbal intent to fund within 24 hours. Following receipt of borrowers loan docs, we can typically fund within 10 business days upon receipt of timely appraisal and clear title.
